About Us

INSIGHT AND MORE uses a holistic approach of LEARN, GROW, HEAL to help create bridges between families and communities. Through a variety of presentation and workshops, we teach participants how to find common ground and empathy to help bring about personal growth and healing.    

Tony Martinez, president of INSIGHT AND MORE, has worked in public health services for over 19 years in various youth and adult service programs and agencies. He is a Certified Clinical Sexologist, Trauma Incident Reduction Clinician, and a Certified Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid Trainer. Tony  is passionate about helping to improve communication between adolescents and parents through a variety of presentations, workshops and healing technique.   

INSIGHT AND MORE, believes in giving back. Every group session or presentation purchased, we’ll GIVE A KEY and open up a seat at one of our community events allowing for those struggling financially, emotionally, or spiritually to TAKE A KEY and experience mental clarity, physical relief, and spiritual balancing. We also invite our participants to purchase and GIVE A KEY for those in need.
