In this interactive workshop, parents and children work together to begin identifying and breaking down walls to discussions about sex and laying the foundation for open and honest communication. 

In part II, parents and children learn and explore techniques to engage in deep communication on any topic while allowing each party to feel safe, heard, and respected. Bridging the Worlds, Part I is a prerequisite.    

Youth Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course designed to teach parents, family members, caregivers, teachers, school staff, peers, neighbors, health and human services workers, and other caring citizens how to help an adolescent who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in crisis. Youth Mental Health First Aid is primarily designed for adults who regularly interact with young people.       

This presentation is a 101 on understanding and breaking the myths surrounding the topic of sex, orientation, gender expression and gender identity. Can be customized for clinicians.  

STDs - HIV/AIDS

This basic presentation takes a look into the ABC’s of the most common Sexually Transmitted Diseases. You will learn about the most common STDs, how they are acquired, prevention methods, and treatment. Can be customized for clinicians. 

Team Building   

Various topics are combined into interactive workshops that can help connect people and build teamwork in corporate and non-profit settings. Workshops are custom-designed based on your group’s needs.
