Mindfulness, Meditations, and Breathe Work

Using a variety of mindfulness techniques, including guided meditations and breath-work, can help you achieve a state of deep inner stillness and focus by helping the mind get rid of mental clutter and unwanted thoughts. The goal of these practices is to support you in achieving a greater sense of self-awareness, an increased capacity for self-healing, and overall improvement in mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique that has been adapted into a variety of cultural traditions across the world. Reiki translates as “Life Energy.” It balances the energy that flows through the body, encouraging a deep feeling of relaxation, reducing stress and promoting healing throughout the body, and an overall sense of peace, security, and well-being.

Thank you so much for the Reiki Circle and the private sessions.  I feel like a new man.  My girlfriend told me to tell you, she doesn't know what Reiki is actually doing, but please keep doing it.  She likes that I have so much energy and that I am helping around the house.  I had forgotten how great Reiki is and how much better if feel after receiving one of your sessions.  Keep up the good work and see you next Tuesday.
