Reiki is a Japanese technique that has been adapted into a variety of cultural traditions across the world. Reiki translates as “Life Energy.” It balances the energy that flows through the body, encouraging a deep feeling of relaxation, reducing stress and promoting healing throughout the body, and an overall sense of peace, security, and well-being.

I just wanted to let you know that I am feeling 100% better then when we first began to do Reiki. I no longer have the pain and am feeling way more energetic. I'm very happy i decided to try Reiki.
I was pretty much talked into receiving Reiki for the first time. I didn’t really think it would help the pain in my knees. After only one session, I found that my pain had lighten and found myself less stressed out.
